Do More Exercise: Personally I know exercises can be very painful; you know the whole sit up thing, push up, skipping, cycling, jogging could be painful and most lazy people can't do this, but I strongly advice that you do more high intensity workouts instead of light exercises. Light exercises will not make you lose weight, the body needs to be stressed to an extent but not overstressed. Instead of getting scared of exercises, you need to love them if you have to lose reasonable weight. Exercises are another powerful way to increasing the rate of metabolism.
2. Stop Counting Calorie: I can't keep stressing this over again, when you count calories you basically restrict the intake of calories to an abnormally low-level. When you eat low-calorie foods, there is no incentive for your body to increase your metabolic rate since it has to burn only a few calories. The result is that your metabolic rate always remains at a low-level. You cannot lose weight when your metabolic rate is low. In order to lose weight, you need to totally erase your mind of calorie counting and eat enough so that your body is forced to keep your metabolic rate at a high level. Your body needs fuel to burn fat but can only get that fuel from food. I do not advice eating junk foods anyway but just eat something to go with.
